DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO SEE YOUR CLOTHING? AND PRICES?
You have to be a certified retailer to shop our wholesale items. For pricing and availability please Apply Online Herecall us at 212-629-8888 or drop us an email.
 
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM (STORE)?
Yes, we are located at 141 West 36th street, NYC, NY. 10018. You’re welcome to stop by Monday Through Friday 10am – 6:00pm. We're also open on certain Sundays but please call in advance to confirm.
 
HOW CAN I BECOME A REGISTERED RETAILER?
We must be able to confirm the existence of your clothing business before we approve you as a re-seller. To expedite your request please be sure to put your tax ID on the registration. Click Here to sign up

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
1. All Returns must be notified to our Sales Department within 15 Days of the delivery of your order.
2. A Return Authorization Number is required prior to returning any merchandise. Please Call us for an RA# (we may request picture confirmation to assess final action).
3. MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, AND MUST BE IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.
4. All Returns/Exchanges are at Customers Expense unless approved by our sales Dept. at which point a label will be emailed to you for printing. All defective items will be considered on a case-by-case basis, we inspect every item returned to ensure claimabilty.
5. After the Receipt of Goods in our warehouse, we will issue a merchandise credit to be used on a future purchase unless a refund is approved.
6. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date of receipt for your account to be credited and a billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement if a refund is granted.
7. Sale items can only be exchanged at your shipping expense. If the same item is not available for exchange, then they can be exchanged for store credit. Final/Clearance sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless approved by management, and no store credit will be issued.

DOES YOUR COMPANY ALLOW YOUR CLOTHING TO BE SOLD ON MARKETPLACES AND SOCIAL MEDIA SITES SUCH AS AMAZON, EBAY, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, ETC?
Yes. However, we check every webstore that wants to sell Nancy Yang Fashions to confirm that the quality of the site and that the type and quality of the products offered on the site match our brand image of Nancy Yang Fashions.
 
DOES YOUR COMPANY SUPPLY UPC NUMBERS?
No, we do not unless prior arrangements are made.
 
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

ARE YOU AWARE OF ANY ISSUES WITH INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
We suggest that our clients who choose international shipping make a note of the tracking number we email them and keep in close contact with their customs office to assure delivery without an issue.
 
WHAT PRICE MUST I CHARGE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?
You may charge whatever you wish.

No. Knowing about and paying any fees or taxes is your responsibility.

Yes. We carry 2 labels (NbyNancy) & (Nancy Yang)
 
WILL NANCY YANG FASHIONS SEW MY LABEL ON THE GARMENTS BEFORE SHIPPING
Not unless authorized by Nancy Yang but yes, arrangements can be made for substantial orders.
 
MAY I SEW MY OWN LABEL ON YOUR CLOTHING?
You may do with your purchase as you choose but any alteration will void any agreements.
 
WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY POLICY ON LOST SHIPMENTS?
All orders are guaranteed.

If items are in stock they will normally ship within 1-2 business days.
 
DO I NEED TO BUY A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF UNITS?
Normally A full pre-pack is needed to place an order but exceptions are made.

Manufactured in China and distributed from the US.
 
MAY I USE YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES?
Yes. Use of our product images (from the DOWNLOAD PRODUCT IMAGES link on style pages) is approved (please ensure they are of high quality or ask one of our sales group for assistance). This does not apply to our Lookbook, promotional or editorial images and banners.
 
WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT IMAGES?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD ALL PRODUCT IMAGES AT ONE TIME?

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER? MAY I SEND YOU MY OWN SHIPPING LABEL OR USE MY OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT?
We normally ship via UPS. If the carrier you wish to use is not offered, please advise us of your preferred ship method and we will try to accommodate your request if possible. You also have the option of faxing or emailing a label to us but please confirm the weight and package dimensions from us before you create the label. Please note that the Ship From address on the label must be from our warehouse address: 141 West 36th street, NYC, NY. 10018
 
MAY I USE YOUR LOOKBOOKS IMAGES? MAY I USE YOUR PROMOTIONAL OR EDITORIAL IMAGES AND BANNERS?
If you are pre-approved to use our Lookbook images, a credit to Nancy Yang Fashions. must accompany each image. You may not use any promotional or editorial images or banners.
 
MAY I USE THE SAME STYLE NAME AND DESCRIPTION THAT IS ON THE NANCY YANG FASHIONS WEBSITE?
Yes. You may use any style # you wish.
 
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All shipping costs and arrival times will be estimated at time of shipping. Cost and time in transit depend on the package weight and dimensions, where the package is being shipped to and the type of shipping chosen at checkout.
